Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BikersZoo. If a spare part does not fit or meet your expectations, we are here to help you get your machine back on track.

Return Eligibility Window: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must absolutely be in the original, undamaged packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Any electrical components (such as ECUs, wiring harnesses, spark plugs, CDI units, or stator coils) that have been unpacked, connected, or installed cannot be returned due to safety and delicate electrical technical parameters.

Refunds and Replacements: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or issue a store replacement credit as requested
